Everything you need to know before ordering with ExoticBloom.
Customer Account Information
Customers may place retail orders for personal use through ExoticBloom, subject to age verification, shipping restrictions, and applicable law.
- Customers must be of legal age to purchase hemp-derived products
- Account information must be accurate and up to date
- Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention and compliance
- Shipping and billing information must match where required by payment processors
- Products are intended for lawful personal use only
ExoticBloom reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to age verification issues, restricted shipping locations, suspected fraud, payment concerns, or compliance requirements.
Retail Order Policies
Small Quantity Orders & Processing
- No wholesale account is required for standard retail purchases
- Customers may order small quantities for personal use
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation and compliance review where applicable
- Product availability may change without notice
- Inventory is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and payment is completed
Order Acceptance & Cancellations
ExoticBloom reserves the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order at its discretion, including orders involving restricted jurisdictions, payment irregularities, suspected fraudulent activity, inventory issues, or compliance concerns.
Product Variance & Batch Differences
Product images, descriptions, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis are provided for informational purposes and may reflect current or representative product batches.
Customers acknowledge that natural variance may occur between batches, including cannabinoid percentages, terpene profiles, aroma, color, moisture content, density, trim, and overall appearance.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts reasonable batch-to-batch variation inherent to agricultural and hemp-derived products.
Payment Terms
Accepted for eligible retail orders.
Available where supported by our payment processor.
Payment must be completed before fulfillment.
Payment Compliance: Orders may be held, canceled, or refunded if payment cannot be verified, if a transaction is flagged as suspicious, or if billing information does not satisfy fraud prevention requirements.
ExoticBloom reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time.

Shipping Restrictions: ExoticBloom does not ship products to locations where such products are prohibited or restricted by law.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the order is accepted by the shipping carrier.
Carrier Issues: ExoticBloom is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, theft, weather interruptions, incorrect addresses, or delivery issues after carrier acceptance.
Inspection Requirement: Customers should inspect shipments upon delivery and report damage, shortages, or fulfillment issues within three (3) business days.
Compliance & Legal
Federal Law: Products are intended to comply with applicable federal hemp requirements, including the 2018 Farm Bill, and contain less than 0.3% Δ9-THC where required by law.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be lawfully purchased, possessed, and used in their state or local jurisdiction.
Restricted Jurisdictions: ExoticBloom reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders to jurisdictions where products may be restricted or prohibited.
COAs: Certificates of Analysis may be available for applicable products and are updated as new batches are received.
Age Restrictions: Products may not be purchased by or sold to minors.
No Medical Claims: Products sold by ExoticBloom are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Responsible Use: Customers should use products responsibly and follow all product instructions, warnings, and applicable laws.
Returns, Refunds & Claims
Eligible returns may be accepted if unopened and approved.
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 3 business days.
Approved claims may receive a refund, store credit, or replacement.
Due to the nature of hemp-derived products, opened, used, tampered, or partially consumed items are not eligible for return unless required by law or approved by ExoticBloom.
Returns must be authorized before products are sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Claims involving damage, shortages, or fulfillment discrepancies must include supporting documentation, including clear photos of the shipment, packaging, labels, and affected products where applicable.
Fraud, Chargebacks & Account Restrictions
ExoticBloom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts and cancel orders for suspected fraud, excessive chargebacks, payment disputes, abuse of policies, compliance concerns, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
Customers agree that fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks may result in collections activity, recovery costs, legal action, and permanent account restriction.
